Justin Bieber ‘misses Teen Vogue party’

Justin Bieber reportedly missed the annual Teen Vogue party, despite appearing on the magazine’s Young Hollywood cover.

According to E!, the 16-year-old skipped the bash on Friday evening, while celebrities such as Lauren Conrad, Nikki Reed and Kelly Osbourne did appear.

The network reports that an organizer said prior to the event: “If [Bieber] doesn’t come, it will be the first time a cover person doesn’t in party history.”

Bieber’s publicist apparently confirmed that the popstar was unable to attend the celebration as he was returning from a family vacation in South Africa.

Although Bieber was not in the country for the Teen Vogue engagement, it has been reported that he did attend the wedding of guitarist Dan Kanter in Toronto on Sunday.
